Phottix Mitros, Odin for Canon and a Panasonic camera
Hi
I have a Phottix Mitros flash for Canon which I can trigger in manual on my Panasonic GX7. I also have a Odin receiver for Canon.
Can the v6 trigger the Mitros/Odin combo using manual settings from a Panasonic camera? Note I tried using an Odin transmitter and that didn't work - but the fitting's very tight and I don't think that it's mounting properly in the hot shoe. Because the flash itself fits and works, I probably just need a transmitter that fits better, and I wonder if the Cactus v6 might be a better alternative.
Thanks
Dan

With Cactus V6, you will be able to remote power of the Phottix Mitros for Canon through the Panasonic GX7. The design of the V6 is to fit for any cameras that use standard hotshoe or PC sync port. I believe it is a good alternative to Odin. In fact, I knew many people switched their flash system to Cactus.
All the best,

You'll need two V6, to get a working system for your flash.
@redbone, FYI we regularly mount V6 on a Panasonic Lumix GH2 and GX1. So the fit is nice and secure.
