Hello @ooxus both the V6 and RF60 are manual flash / triggers.
Short answer: yes, and yes.
Cactus RF60 has a single-pin hot shoe contact pin - for basic flash triggering. It's a manual flash with a built-in radio, meant to be used as a Master flash (controller) or Slave (receiver unit as off-camera flash).
Cactus V6 has multi-system hot shoe, made to support TTL Pass Through for various camera systems (Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax, and Fujifilm). You would obviously need to mount the same system flash on the V6 for TTL information to pass through.
TTL metering is engaged in all the automatic modes such as AUTO, P, A, S, and some custom modes, except M mode. The V6 can work in all these automatic modes with or without TTL pass through, a trigger signal will send out from the centre hot shoe pin to the V6 mounted on camera hot shoe and trigger off-cameara flash unit(s).
Thank you.
