Radio stopped responding

Hello, I have three RF60 flashes. One of the flashes no longer responds to radio control of any kind. I've re-uploaded firmware and factory reset a few times and no luck. Everything else works except radio control.

I'm in Canada and the unit is out of warranty. How do I go about getting it repaired?

Thanks very much,

Mike

  • Hi Mike,

I'm sorry to hear to that. Don't worry! If you bought it in Canada, the warranty is valid for 3 years. You can contact our distributor in Canada, Amplis Foto, for repair. Their website is www.amplis.com .

    I hope that helps.

  • Perfect that's great news, thanks so much Ray!
  • What is the warranty info for units bought in the US?
  • All Cactus products have a one-year warranty.

But how this is carried out depends on who you bought yours from.

Some stores only offer their own 30 days so within that period you can return defective unit to them and they will deal with us. So after 30 days they might ask you deal with us directly.
