D600+SB28 TTL "translate"
Hi all,
As you can know D600 and SB-28 are not compatible with TTL.
So my question is to know if i put a V6 beetween my D600 and SB-28, the TTL will be "translate" and works on my flash?? Hope you understanding what i mean.
Thank's a lot and have a nice day.

You might have misunderstood the V6 system - there are no actual TTL metering from the camera that would "translate" (wirelessly transmit TTL signals) to the flash (SB-28 in your case).
As long as the flash model is listed as compatible with the V6, if you are only using an off-camera flash setup your camera model is irrelevant. In other words you can use a Sony A7 or a Fujifilm XT-1 and still be able to wirelessly control your SB-28 speedlight. For off-camera applications, the actual power control is between the V6 transceivers, and not between the camera and flash.
Despite it has the ability to remotely control power outputs of TTL flash models, the V6 is still a set of manual flash triggers.
For flash model compatibility please refer to the product page or to these lists which are upated as well:

Press and Hold the MENU button (of the V6 in TX mode) and you will see a message on the LCD pops up: TTL PASS THROUGH
Then, on the main screen, you will also see "TTL" icon below the battery symbol.
Next, press the MENU button once, scroll left 3 times, go into CHOOSE PROFILE, select Nikon and the flash you are using (Nikon SB-28). Hit OK and you are ready to shoot.
Thanks!
