Help - black bars Fuji

Hi

Using V6ii and Cactus flash all on latest FM, I can get HSS to work only to 1/2000 on the XT1, after that I get black bars.

Also I can't go beyond 1/180 on my X-E2.

Any advise please. Thanks

Have you learn HSS for Fuji camera? To use HSS on Fuji, please follow the setting below. 

1. Learn HSS. In the V6 in TX mode, go to MENU > CAMERA & FLASH SETUP > LEARN HSS . It will ask you to take a shoot at 1/1000s to record the sync time of the camera. 

2. Activate Forced HSS by pressing the rotatory dial of the V6II. 

You may need to do again once you switch the camera because the sync time is difference in each camera model.

According to the product description, the V6II is not compatible with the X-E2 with respect to HSS. The XT1 should work, though.
