Yongnuo YN600RT?
Hi
Has anyone used the Yongnuo YN600RT with the new V6 II? what about in HSS?
I have the V6 version 1. They do work, but not very reliable. sometimes they fire sometimes they don't.
Thanks
Is the V6 Compatible with the X-T2? ( I have heard Fuji changed the flash protocol). I have a x-pro2 and that will get the same flash protocol I think.

We haven't tested the YN600RT but it should work. The V6 II should be able to detect it as a Canon and assign an AUTO profile. Or it should also work by manually selecing a similar GN profile such as the 568EX*.
What flash profile did you use on the V6 RX unit?
And is the flash is set to TTL mode?
The original V6 is compatible with all cameras that uses a standard ISO hot shoe - unless you need to use TTL pass through, the V6 only uses the centre hot shoe pin for flash triggering signal. I believe all Fujifilm cameras use the centre hot shoe pin for flash triggering so both X-T1 and X-Pro2 are compatible.
FYI both models are also compatible with the V6 II. At least as of today - when it's running on the current firmware - pre-EF-500X compatible firmware.
Thank you.
