V6 on Fuji XE-2 ? With Metz 20 C-2?

Thanks for your patience.

I am leapfrogging from Nikon F2AS to XE-2 and Macro.

I do not see a clear, specific comment anywhere on the net

stating that the V6 will work fully on the Fuji XE-2 in conjunction

with an off-camera RF60 (with or without a V6 attached).

Also, what will the V6 on cam and V6 off cam with a Metz 20 C-2 do?

What can I control?

Thanks

I understand the XE-2 has a standard ISO hot-shoe, hence the V6 will work on it. The V6 does not require any particular communication with the camera (except for TTL pass-through which is supported for Fuji) and thus only needs the centre pin for receiving the camera's trigger signal.

Off-camera RF60 will work with an on-camera V6 (independently of the camera type/model) and do not need an extra V6 attached to them. An RF60 has its own V6 receiver/transmitter built-in.

The Metz 20 C-2 does not seem to support TTL of any kind (analogue or digital) so it does not seem possible to remotely control its power level. You'd only be able to trigger it and either set the power manually or rely on the Metz's auto functionality.
