Unconfuse me regarding fully manual flash guns

I have a Yongnuo YN560 - need some confirmation.
Cactus V6 will trigger it - I know that for certain.
I can not control the power because it does not have TTL in any form - these needs confirming.
So in effect all I have is  manual control on a fancy receiver.

Am I right?

I also have  Yongnuo 568 ex II and a Canon 430ex - both work perfectly as expected - full power control from the transmitter - both of course have TTL functionality.
