Issues with cactus
Has anyone else had any trouble contacting the company and getting products fixed? I've made multiple emails and the minute I ask about their shipping process they straight up stop replying. Since my rf-60 stopped turning on, a day after I used it just fine and they said they would fix it, they stopped replying. The numbers to contact them on this site don't work either. What's up with this?
