'BAT EXHAUSTED' issue

in V6 II Problems
Hi,

It does not matter what battery I put in my V2ii unit all I get is 'BAT EXHAUSTED' on the LCD screen. The same batteries work with my RF60 and other flash units but not my V6ii?

Not sure where to go from here or what to do?

    Also, tried to firmware update the unit but all I get is 'Error: Update Failed"

    Thank you for the inquiry. Please see the following comment.

    'BAT EXHAUSTED' issue:  The idle current is too low while 'BAT EXHAUSTED' displaying.
    Solution:  Remove battery of V6II and then power on first, and then insert battery, all becomes work again.

    'Error: Update Failed" issue:
    Solution: Check if USB cable is always in correct connection while updating.
