No TTL on Fuji X-T2 [Solved]

edited November 2017 in RF60X Problems
As I understand it, with the latest firmware updates, I should be able
to drive the RF60X with the V6II trigger in TTL mode from the X-T2?
Perhaps I have just misunderstood what this latest update gets me.

Assuming I am not barking up the wrong tree, here is some background:

The RF60x is on firmware 103 and the V6II on 1.1.013

This combination runs HSS with no issue, but on neither of the Cactus
devices can I find any reference or indicator displaying anything TTL
related. The X-T2 flash menu just allows the basic options as if the
simple Fuji EF-X8 were attached.

The Cactus documentation doesn't seem to have changed in respect of these latest updates, as far as I can see?

Any advice, pointers, or categorical statements that I have completely
misunderstood the new capabilities of the Cactus updates will be
gratefully received.

  • It seems like my update to the Fuji branch of the V6II firmware hadn't completed properly.  I have reflashed and the unit is now showing the firmware version FUJ1.002and is performing flawlessly.

In fact the functionality is better than I had expected.
