V6II does not trigger RF60 in HSS
My Cactus V6II reads, "TTL systems do not match" and does not fire the flash in HSS with my RF60. The V6II operates normally otherwise. All firmware (both V6II and RF60) have been update to latest. Please help.

I personally had some concerns to make it run correctly with my X-T1... had to reinstall firmware on my RF60s (back to 2.0 than up to 2.02), make the V6II learn Fuji's HSS ... and finally it works ! And great ! Made some test up to 1/4000s ... Wow ! Love it !!!
However, it appears that V6II's firmware 1.1.0.3 is still quite buggy (or maybe it is RF60's 2.02) ... Indeed, I've tried many configurations : V6II on camera and 2 remote RF60s, V6II + 1 RF60 (in slave mode) on camera + 1 remote RF60, and so on ... and sometimes 1 RF60 seems to be lost as it doesn't answer anymore ... Switch off and switch on both V6II and RF60 and then it works well again !
You need a minimum distance for the RX / Slave unit to fully capture the radio wave pattern (signal).
FYI the V6 II has a Short Range mode. Aimed for triggering under 3m. Not sure how far is your other RF60 placed so this may not work so well for you.
For the sake of testing, try setting the on-camera flash in Local (L mode) and adjust power / zoom directly on the flash instead of from the V6 TX.
See if this helps with the misfiring.

1) To get the HSS to work on a XT-1, I had to do "Learn HSS" with the flash some distance (3m) from the camera+V6II, with long range on (thanks Antonio). The flash fired a second or so after pressing the shutter.
2) I did some tests with ONLY cactus gear - just test firing from the V6II (no camera) outdoors typically 5-10m from the 3 RF60s all set to Slave in different groups. I used fully recharged batteries in everything, 1/128th power, long range mode, leaving 1-2secs recharge time between pressing the test button while walking around. It was not good - out of about 100 test fires in 20-30 cases one or more flash didn't fire.
It seemed much more reliable with only one group/one RF60 on (at the V6II).
So, yes, the HSS works (great!) but the reliability needs more work for pro use.
After more tests, I find too many misfires with V6II (1.1.0.4) TX + remote RF60s (2.02)
I'll downgrade the RF60s to firmware 1.42 and go back to V6 for now.
